Proper Balance In The Golf Swing Is A Must

In this video Krista discusses the importance of balance in the golf swing and gives you a great drill to work on. This drill will help create awareness of your body and help you identify if the club is in the correct position throughout your swing. 

 

 

Checkpoints: 

  • Feet together - This allows you to work on your arm swing. Letting the arms swing freely and rotate naturally through the shot is important. 
  • Drop back foot - Allows you to feel your weight forward on your front side at impact
  • Drop front foot - Allows you to feel what the clubface is doing in your swing
